This beautiful, purpose-built space allows us to offer even more flexible, tailored classes to meet the needs of mums and babies.
Alongside our much-loved baby massage and baby yoga sessions, we’re excited to now offer antenatal pregnancy classes and postnatal recovery sessions, supporting you through every stage of motherhood.

Baby massage
Our Baby Massage classes are a gentle, nurturing experience for both you and your baby.
Using calming strokes, you’ll learn techniques to help with colic, improve sleep, and promote relaxation.
This class is perfect for deepening the bond between you and your little one while providing comfort and relief.
Each session takes place in a calm, supportive environment, giving you the space to unwind, connect with other mums, and enjoy precious time with your baby.

Our Baby Yoga classes are a gentle and engaging way to support your baby’s motor skills, development, and flexibility.
Through simple movements, stretches, and poses, we help improve coordination, muscle strength, and balance, supporting your baby as they grow.
For mums, these sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your post-baby body, gently build strength, and restore your energy in a calm, supportive space.
It’s the perfect way to nurture both your baby’s development and your own well-being while enjoying precious bonding time.
Bump & Breathe: Pregnancy yoga
Bump & Breathe is a calming and supportive class designed especially for mums-to-be.
Through gentle breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindful movement, you’ll learn ways to connect with your baby and prepare your body and mind for birth.
These sessions create a peaceful space to unwind, meet other expectant mums, and build confidence for your journey into motherhood.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy, no prior experience needed.
Restore & Breathe: Post-Natal Yoga
Restore & Breathe is a nurturing postnatal class designed to help mums reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and find moments of calm.
Through gentle breathwork, relaxation, and mindful movement, you’ll support your recovery while bonding with your baby in a peaceful, welcoming space.
Perfect for easing into postnatal wellness, building confidence, and meeting other mums.
Suitable from 8 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks after a C-section).
MASSAGE MORNINGS
Massage Mornings are a cosy and welcoming way to start your day with your little one.
Enjoy a warm cup of coffee and connect with other mums before a gentle baby massage session designed to soothe, relax, and bond with your baby.
These small, friendly sessions also include an optional baby weigh-in, giving you a chance to track your little one’s growth in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Suitable from 6 weeks, pre-booking required. £6 per session or £20 for 4 sessions.
Daddy & me:
baby massage & yoga workshop for dads
Daddy & Me Workshop is a special monthly bonding experience for dads and their little ones.
This relaxed and welcoming session guides you through gentle baby massage techniques to help soothe, calm, and connect with your baby.
Mums are welcome to come along or take a well-deserved break while dad enjoys some quality time.
A lovely way to build confidence, create special memories, and meet other like-minded parents.
